StarBlur is a modified version of the
StarField image filter. The motion blur
calculations in StarField have been
completely rewritten, and you will see a
dramatic increase in image quality.
There is also a real-time preview
window, and you can change the colors
of the stars. This plug-in is available for
download, and you may use it as
freeware.
