| Hylands is a rockband formed a couple of years ago by
accident. My brother and I picked up a drummer on our way to Klimpfjäll for a weekend of
after ski entertainment, and a singer/ accordeonplayer named Åke Swahn showed up the day
after. We played that Saturday night for hours and it was so groovy that we decided to
form a band. The result of that is… Hylands! We´re doing about 4 gigs per month regulary and we have a lot of fun! The repertoire is rock music from the 50´s ´til the 90´s. We occationally have worked with some artists. The gigs are mainly afterski, pubs and partys. Make sure you´ll get a copy of our
