HISTORY

In 1995 Tina was the drummer in a band called OFF in Lund (south Sweden). Ola joined the band to play bass. They soon realised that they were pretty lost in OFF. So they started a new band called MORDMAN, Ulla och Birgitta.

Mordman had their first gig in 1996 at "Smålands nation" in Lund. In 1997 they released a five track CD (Utan Illusioner). Several people had already joined and left the band.......

In spring ´97 a black van with Leffe, Sigge and Johan L. (didj) came visiting Mordman, all the way from Växjö, to do a "lets try it" session. Together with Leffe and Sigge and a new drummer (Johan) they had a few gigs, and a lot of fun, during the summer in Växjö, Hultsfred, Växjö, Karlshamn and Växjö.

In autumn´97 some new people were needed - again. David join again, now playing the bass, and Rolle came as a new drummer. On Halloween Mordman had a very appreciated gig in Lund. After Halloween Rolle never showed up again and as he never told he was quitting it took a while before Mordman started to look for a new drummer again.

In 1998 David and Mathias joined Rolle in his new project. Ola and Tina left Lund and went to London for a while, basking with the accordion and the violin. Mordman slept while new plans were made.
