FastTrack is a team of seven professionals from five nationalities with long experience with Internet start-ups, management consulting, consumer marketing, product development, telecommunications, cutting-edge programming, technical architecture and international business expansion.

Niklas Zennström

CEO and co-founder

A Swedish citizen of 34, Niklas has 9 years experience in the Internet and telecommunications service industry, mainly in the Kinnevik group.

Niklas has successfully managed four internal Internet start-ups: get2net in Denmark (ISP and portal), Tele2Internet in the Netherlands (ISP), the development and launch of the pan-European portal Everyday.com and its launch in the Netherlands (portal and ISP).

Niklas holds an MSc in Engineering Physics with core curriculum in Computer Engineering and a BSc in Business Administration.

Janus Friis

Creative Development and co-founder

A Danish citizen of 23, Janus has 4 years experience in the Internet industry, from the high-profile ISP Cybercity and get2net (ISP and portal) in Denmark, Tele2Internet in the Netherlands (ISP) and Everyday.com (pan-European portal and free ISP).

Janus has primarily worked with product and business development and was Product Development Manager at Everyday.com.

Sahoko Takeuchi

Marketing

A Japanese citizen of 35, Sahoko has 10 years experience as marketer in the fast-moving consumer goods industry in Japan and Europe.

Sahoko has held positions as Business Unit Manager and Senior Product Manager within Gillette and brand manager within Unilever as well as associate with the Boston Consulting Group.

Sahoko holds an MBA/MBI and a BSc degree in Mathematics.

Richard Derks

Partner Management

A Dutch citizen of 29, Richard has 6 years experience in sales and marketing in telecommunications and the consumer retail industry.

Richard has been instrumental in establishing the sales and channel management and the product development for Sonera, the Finnish PTT, in the Dutch market.

Richard holds a university degree in international marketing.

Software Developers - Bluemoon

A team of three highly skilled senior software developers, who have developed cutting edge software together for over 10 years. They have among other things developed secure bank applications, 3D games and mid 1999 to mid 2000 they were the core technical team who architected the Everyday.com portal.

Centime

Special Adviser

Centime is a Luxembourg based start-up acting as special advisor to Fast Track. Ulf Berggren, the president, has over 9 years experience in the wireless operator industry in Europe and Asia. He was the Manager of General Engineering for the European telecom group Société Européenne de Communication.
