After losing my grandmother in February, I needed to get away and be with Marcus. I'm not one for planning things very far in advance, however, so things rarely go smoothly. This time we had a minor car wreck on the way to the airport. I missed my plane and the one after that. I even ended up having to fly down to Switzerland (where I bought myself a Steiff stuffed animal) and then back up to Sweden just to get there. Finally I did arrive and got to spend a couple of weeks worrying about getting Marcus fed and to school rather than all my problems back home. We didn't do much on this trip, and I wasn't really in the mood to take pictures. Sweden was just as cold as you'd expect it to be, and Marcus was as wonderful as ever. I gave him an Easter basket with candy and gifts. We also celebrated our one year anniversary (a few days late) by going to see Shakespeare in Love and having dinner out (Marcus had pizza as usual).
