The teak planking used comes in two sizes, 35mm*12mm or 45mm*12mm. Of course other dimensions can be arranged.
The screws we use are stainless (grade A4) with a special flat head so they sit as low in the planking as possible.
We only use materials of the highest quality. Only the best teak is used, carefully sorted ourselves.

We use polyurethane sealant under the planking to bond the teak to the gelcoat and keep the boat watertight.

The teak plugs are 10mm in diameter and are glued with two part carbamide glue and hardener.

The caulking used is made by Rhone Poulene. Known as Caf 50. It is absolutly the best caulking on the market. |
