Lördag 21/10 visade sig äntligen spannet i dimman. Den manliga delen av ressällskapet blev glad som ett barn. Äntligen!!

Måndag 23/10 in på Expo 2000 i Hannover.
STORT, jäkligt stort. Panik redan vid morgonens försök till parkering av det lilla huset. (Varför i h-e köpte vi en så stor?) Sverige´s paviljong var, utan att vara alltför mycket patriot, bland de bättre vi hann med. Vi och 120 000 andra slogs om att få komma in och se något. Massor av intryck och uttryck. Onda fötter efter 12 timmar.

Entering Expo 2000 in Hannover. Big, damn big. Panic already in the morning trying to park our little house. (Why the hell did we not buy a smaller one?). The Swedish pavilion was, without beeing to much of an partiot, among the best. We and 120 000 fought to get to see some of it. Lots of impressions and expressions. Aching feet after 12 hours.

Tisdag 24/10 ankommer vi Calais efter 90 mils resande genom ett vackert Tyskland, Holland, Belgien och Frankrike. Det var inte vi som druckit rödvinet och strul vart de´ med själva bordningsproceduren vid tunneln. 2252 gick dock tåget och vi var med. Fantastisk skapelse och resa. Över på andra sidan, 40 min, ställde vi kosan mot familjen Myers. Anlände bara för att se skylten "camping förbjuden" på Roman Road.

Arriving in Calais after driving 900 km through a beautiful Germany, Holland, Begium and France. We had not had the red wine but just as well everything went wrong with the boarding of the train for the tunnel. 1052 pm the train went of and we were on it. Fantastic train and a interesting trip. Over in Britain in 40 minutes and we headed towards the Myers. Arrived just to see the sign "camping not allowed" on Roman Road. Thought luck.

Basingstoke 25/10 startar vi med frukost efter en sen natt. Vi tar Annie´s nya lilla Mersa in till London och insuper atmosfären. Först East Bank och New Tate Gallery sen Covent Garden och Leicester Square. Vi tog vägen över Piccadilly Circus till Marble Arch för hemresan.

Breakfast after a long night. Annie´s new Mercedez was tested for the trip in to London. First East Bank and New Tate Gallery, then Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Just for the fun of it we went passing by Piccadilly Circus to Marble Arch and the car.
