Personal Facts

My name is Christian Wahlberg, people call me "slamsh" on the net. I live in a beautiful
country named Sweden. I am 15 years old and goes in the 9th grade of school (after summer).

I am kinda young, so I haven't been in the graphic business for so long, but I think that I
am doing well for being so young. I started my trip into the computer world as a 4 year old child
when I (as many other) got a cool computer named Comendore Vic64 with some cool games included.
(anyway, it was my dad's) Well almost everyone knows about that computer so I will not go further into that.
After some time, my mother took me to her work, it was a small computer company
called "Datareal", where she shoved me a computer with some easy games in it, the computer
was an old (well, it was new at the time) IBM PC, I started playing with it and went so exited about the cool
games so I asked my mother if we could get ourselves a PC. I was only like 6 years then,
so I don't remember that much, but my parents have told me the story...
I finally (like a half year after) got myself a computer, it was a notebook Toshiba PC (386 or something),
I started playing with it and learned myself how computers works.
Now I got a Compaq P156Mhz with 32MB RAM. I play games (everyone does), do graphics, program
and use it for school work. I am trying to learn Java and C++ right now, I already know QBasic,
VBasic and HTML. Have been doing graphics for a short time (like 3-4 month).

Programs I Use

I mainly use Photoshop 4.0, It's kinda expensive but it is worth it once you get in to it.
I have borrowed 3D Studio MAX and Bryce 2, but I haven't figured out how it works yet, but stay tuned.
There are some other shareware programs I use, like Paint Shop Pro, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft
Image Composer and Gif Construction Set.
To do my HTML, I use my own experience and Microsoft FrontPage97.

Future

I want to work in the computer business, probably as a Designer, Graphics creator, Programmer
or a journalist (that's really cool). I will continue my graphics work as long as I will find it fun.
