Unit
control
The title of the control box tells you what type of unit you are controling, and the image below shows it in profile.
Beside the image is a bar that shows the health of the unit, the bar will change color as the health decreases: green if healthy, yellow if below 50% , and red if the unit is almost dead.
The buttons is used to manuver your unit.
Attack: Is used to order the unit to attack a specific unit or structure.
Move: Moves the unit to a point on the battlefield.
Retreat: Causes the unit to retreat to your base.
Guard: Stops the unit at it's current position, the unit will fire at any enemy units that comes whithin it's range.
Buildings
control
The title shows what building that you are controling
The image below shows the ikon of the building, and the bar health.
The repair button toggles repair on/off, when repairing the building will stop current production and repair until building has full health, your credits runs out or you stop repairs.
The construction button shows the ikon, size and progress of current production. Pressing the construction button causes production to halt ( progress meter will read stopped) alt. continue (progress meter will display % of completed).
Terrain types
Rock
and Concrete
Anything built on rock have 50% damage, on concrete buildings has 0% damage
Building concrete to place your buildings on is always cheaper then reparing, but takes more constructing time. (Think on how you use your construction yard.)
Sand
Complete worthless ground if there is no spice, lies everywere there is no rock.
Its not all safe to travel on sand, Dune is inhabited by large worms that hides in the sand, these worms is capabel to swallow even the biggest units in the game. (Watch your havesters.)
Spice
This is the object of the game, havest as much spice as posible. (A war without funding is impossible to win.)
