INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOINING THE P.I.L.L. PROGRAM:

  1. Make copies of the page "FORM.TXT" by using your printer and then complete your application. Leave the line: "YOUR ID#" empty for the moment

  2. Make out a $200 money order to Prosper International League.

  3. Fax a copy of your application and money order to (+1) 407-679-5039.

    Note: If you find that while faxing your application you get 'interesting' responses, please keep trying. Because of the overwhelming response to this offer the 4 receiving fax machines are extremely busy. You'll get through...

  4. The information will be entered and your ID# called or faxed back to you. This can take a few hours or up to one day

  5. IMPORTANT! When you have received your ID# - complete the line: "YOUR ID#" with the digits you have received.

  6. Mail the application and money order to Prosper International League
    PO Box 1870, Winter Park, FL 32790, USA

  7. Fax, e-mail or post copies of all documentation on these pages along with your personal ID# to everyone you know.
