This is the official homepage of the demo group LIGHTBLUE . You probably can see that this homepage has not been updated like say more than one year. It has been a little silent the last year, We had not time to do Lightblue releases, Updates and so on... But don't worry, Lightblue has now been interested to make a game. We have been thinking of making one RPG, maybe like those Square has made. It's easiest this way until we jump into the realtime 3D based games :)... Well if you can help us in a way, like give docs, source files in asm, pascal or c++ we will be happy to read them and understand them. That is game docs in all format. Have patience, maybe in late 1998 the full version of the game will be out, of cource freeware :). Well later now. Ahhh yes, we have used 3D Studio release 4.0 with all animations and pics.

This is the first Intro by LIGHTBLUE. It has been written with turbo pascal and inline assembler, I have used my own unit CYRUSVGA with it. Art and music are made by my self, so don't expect that the music and textures and things like that are very nice,but the music is allright.Thefear helped me with finding a good modul player and thanks to him i found Capamod that are made by the famous demo group CAPACALA. The demo should work on a 386, but i recommend you to run it on a 486dx2/66 with a nice vga-card.

This is the second release by LIGHTBLUE. It has been written with turbo pascal and inline assembler, I have used my own unit CYRUSVGA with it. Art and music are made by my self and the member MUZZFUZZ, yep thats right.Muzzfuzz is the musician and artist of LIGHTBLUE.This demo is much better optimized for stronger cpus than 486, the demo it self is nice with new ideas and such things like that. It has nice plasma's, gouraoud shaded cube and much more. Ofcource i have used the very nice modul program Capamod. Hey all coders out there, Real-mode is not dead, ok it's hard to write in real mode(just 64kb limit of memory) but that is a challenge for me :-) All lamers who are coding in Protected mode go and code in Real mode and see if you can handle it good :-), just kidding, if borland did have protected mode for pascal i would code in protected mode hehe...

The CYRUSVGA unit has many good procedures and functions, now you can program in fast 320X200*256 resolution,there are graphmode,rgb,fade procedures and much more.You can use it to make games,demos,menus or whatever you want... It requires Turbo pascal. I have included two line procedures too,they are basicly the same but some algorithmic programming are not the same. The zip package includes cyrusvga.tpu, cyrusvga.int and a readme file with some examples and instruction. Heh, this is the old version, I have a new one but i am so damn lazy to up it and make one doc of it.
