Punk rock with garage influences. We want to sound like a sixties punk band (At least I do) but we lack talent so we mostly sound like shit. We have made a cassette that we've spread around a bit. I've given one to Jack Oblivian but I don't know if he liked it. The Revelators and Los Ass Draggers are other bands that we've tormented with our music, that will say if they ever listened to the tape.
We've recently changed our name to the Daunbeats after our friend Rickard Daun. Our first name, the Downbeats, was a last minute sort of thing where we had to come up with something really fast because we got a gig and we didn't have a name. I like the new name better but we'll probably change again and this time to something completely different.
