PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Radcon #7 is a unique biochemical waterproofing process which is colorless, environmentally friendly, non-toxic material so technologically advanced that it outperforms existing sealers and replaces membranes in many applications including high thermal stress sites.

Radcon #7' s principle sealing and durability characteristics are as follow:

. Waterproofed treatments have a life expectancy similar to that of concrete.

. Penetrates significantly deeper than conventional sealers offering 20mm of protection in 25mpa concrete.

. Hardens concrete from 6 to 8 on Mohs Scale of hardness (8 is equivalent to granite).

. Will not reduce slip resistance and is therefore ideal for high traffic areas.

. Prevents oil ingress into concrete, significantly reducing maintenance cost.

. Effectively reduces chloride ingress by 98.8% at the 20-mm level.

. Prevents efflorescence. Calcium in the Radcon #7 treated matrix will not be available to form salts such as calcium chloride and calcium carbonate (efflorescence).

. Is a user friendly and environmentally friendly product, with a 0.0% VOG emission.

. Sealing applications offer extremely cost effective solutions in waterproofing, durability and serviceability, improvement of concrete, sandstone, cementitious materials and selected brickwork.

. Will permanently waterproof concrete where cracks up to 2.00mm in width travel right through the slab. Sealers generally claim 0.3mm gap-bridging capabilities.

. Can withstand unlimited hydrostatic pressure which combined with its' non-toxicity, make s it ideal for water holding vessels.

Whilst Radcon #7 may take on all the characteristics of being a miracle product; it is not.

Instead, it represents the most significant technological breakthrough in building protection and waterproofing yet to be released.

The lateral design approach employed in the manufacture of the Radcon #7 product has created a waterproofing product, which penetrates deeply, maintaining a seal even in concrete undergoing high thermal stresses. Radcon #7 does not repel water on the surface; it simply creates a hydrophobic barrier inside the penetrated concrete, preventing water leaks and reinforcement corrosion, for the life of the structure.
