REFURBISHING FOR RENTAL
 | Throughout the life of the investment cycle, the client's
property will me managed by Jins Asset Management Department. |
| Once a property has been acquired on behalf of a client, it
may be beneficial to have it newly decorated and furnished to ensure its rentability. Jins
is sensitive to the needs of the rental market and knows that buying and decorating
property for personal occupancy is very different from securing and decorating for rental. |
| Jins' interior designers are acutely aware of the needs of
tenants, including the requirements of major corporations who are relocated to London with
their families. Wits these needs in mind, our design team ensures that properties are
refurbished tastefully and to modern standards, whilst remaining within budget to maximize
rental income. |
| Also, prior to realizing the investment, the Design
Department will assist you in redecorating the property so as to present it in the most
attractive manner. |
| Jins' sees to it that the property is leased as soon as
refurbishment has been completed. |
The Rental
