Every Passover, Sonia makes special Matsa in a Taboun that Barouch specially
made and being used only for this purpose.Barouch fixes all that needs to
be fixed around an inside the Taboun so it will be 100 percent Kosher for
Pesach.
The flower, is a special matsa flower specially treated and being kept away from moisture, rapped in a sheet and a plastic bag.
The Matsa bread (also called FTERA) is made of flower and water. The water prepared one day before, in order to respect the Mitsvah Water who overnighted (Maim she'Lanu).
It should not take more than 18 (chai) seconds from the time Sonia lifts
the dough till its in the Taboun. The dough MUST NOT rest so there is always
someone who shake the bowl where the dough is, and sees that it would move.

It is Traditional when we get to the line "...and with G-ds hand
that is the sword..." Barouch lift up the hip of the lamb over the
Mesubin.
Eli, one of Sonia and Barouch's grandsons, knows what is about to happen when grandfather is about to wave with the "sword" over the heads of the family and guests.
Its a mitszva to invite whoever wants to take a part of the "Seder".

The Sabach is a big round open basket. All the items inside includes
eggs (as many as the family members or double),latuce, celery, Charoset
(a mixture of dates, apples and nuts formed to small balls), the hip of
a lamb, 3 special made Fteras, a bit of liver, a bit
of lung. All that is lifted by the housewife above all members of family
and guests. It is a custom to role the tongue as traditional North-African
sound.
