                                Windows doesn't. 




                       The Mac OS includes Apple Guide, an innovative help system that not only tells you what to do,
                       but also coaches you through the process by showing you exactly where to click the mouse and
                       where to type. In fact, in many cases, you can simply ask Apple Guide to perform tasks for you.
                       The help systems offered by both Windows 95 and Windows NT simply don't offer the same
                       level of active assistance.
