Moalboal is a small town situated 89 km south west of Cebu City. Panagsama Beach is about 3 km from Moalboal town and is typically reached with tricycle, a motorbike with a sidecar attached for passengers. Panagsama Beach is a very old fishing village that has evolved into a tourist spot because of the nearby divespot Pescador Island. Panagsama Beach offers a very laid back life style and it is the perfect place for relaxing and scubadiving. There are many different restaurants that offers local, American and European food. Alternatively you can get fresh fish, prawns or crabs from the local fishermen and have it prepared in one of the restaurants kitchen.

The nightlife often goes on into the small hours of the morning and offers something for everyone. There are several discos and bars besides that the diveshops themselves often have partys in the evening to celebrate a new Open Water Diver!

In Cebu City you have all the things you need such as banks, travel agents, shopping malls and hotels. Cebu City airport on Mactan Island is both an international and domestic airport so you don´t need to fly in through Manila.

Airlines that fly in directly to Cebu include Malaysian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines and Silk Air. Domestic airlines include Philippine Airlines, Air Philippines, Cebu Pacific and Grand Air.

Getting to Moalboal: From the airport, take a taxi to the southern bus terminal where you catch a bus to Moalboal. Buses run every hour from 3 AM to 8 PM. Upon arrival in Moalboal town, take a tricycle to Panagsama Beach. Alternatively you can take a taxi all the way down. When prebooking Neptune can help you with these arrangements.
