A referral within the PADI system for the Open Water Diver course makes it possible for you to do parts of your course in your home country and then finish it somewhere else in the world. The cost for doing so at Neptune is US$100 if all theory & pool training are completed. If not please inquire about the price.

For this you need a PADI referral form signed by a PADI instructor in teaching status giving information on what you have completed.The Philippines does not require a medical form signed by a physician although it is recommended that you have one.This option can also be used for the Advanced Open Water program with the right forms proving what you have done so far.
