About POV-Ray

[POV-Ray's home page]POV-Ray's home page is a fantastic resource for anyone that is interested in computer graphics and isn't rich. Everything is for free (almost), and it's incredible beautiful graphics you can do with POV-Ray. The only catch is that you need some knowledge of programming since you in fact "program" the files that builds your scene. It's really not as hard as it sounds, you just have to think a little three-dimensional and learn the simple structure that the files build on.
There are editors (many of them are free) that can write POV-files but until now I still haven't found any that I like working in. I still thinks that the best editor is Edit in DOS.
