PESTOCHICKEN

Take some chicken-file´s (skinless) 1-2 p/person
Put them in an owenpan and cover them  with
Lots of nice thick
Pesto sauce.
Pour cream over it all and add some blackpepper.
Put in the owen 200° approx 30 minutes
Serve with tagliatelle or rice

THE MUSHROOMS

TOM´S FOREST SOUP
4 servings

1 litre of fresh or 2-3 dl of frozen wild mushrooms
Some butter
4 tblsp of flour
1 litre nice broth from cube if you like
1 tblsp tomatopaste
1˝ dl thick cream
1 tblsp roquefortcheese
1 tsp lemonjuice
Some parsley

  • Cut the mushrooms in pieces and put those in a pan with the butter.
  • Let it fry together for a couple of minutes and put in the flour and stir well.
  • Pour in the broth a little at a time , stir all the time
  • Taste it with the tomatopaste and cheese
  • Let all cook slow for about 10 minutes
  • Pour now in the cream and lemon
  • TASTE IT
  • Put some parsley on top and serve it hot
