Felt much better today,
good all the way so decided to try 1 km / 2 min. at 300 watt
avg pulse 163, max 172, for avg watt 307.
This is NOT restday. I saw
i was low on training time
Sunday i will do a 15 minute test
at 260 watt cad 85.
After the 307 the puls fell much
faster then yestarday. HURRAY, HURRAY !!

The "small alps" in the pulse curve
is from phone call and standing up 200 m to get full blood- flow
in my "sadle contact area" ;-])
