All cadence lower than 80 is done standing @ 53x12. The high pulse at 75 cadence was as easy
on the body as the same pulse running,
Even if the pulse was higher then LT pulse. I don't mind the low figures this time as such a big part of the
training was done standing, at a ( for me ) high cadence at the end.
I will do about the same tomorrow, but all the training done sitting..
