Up to one hour i had :  avg. pulse 132 ( 60 % HRR ), * est ml/min/kg 64, ** est max watt 378
All cadence lower than 80 is done standing @ 53x12. The high pulse after 1 hour upt o 1 hour 5 minutes
is because of very ( for me ) high cadence topping off with 175 cadence.
I will have tomorrow off and repeat this training on friday. This training made up for all the tough
days before !   Hip, hip ...................... !
