I have been very sleepy the last
days, not tired in the body from the training. The legs was
also a bit tired today, but no
problem.
Next season I will do more training
in the pulse span 117 - 137 to trim the body better before
the more enjoyable training starts.
I hope tomorrow will give me some outside training, and
that training will not have an
avg. pulse more then 147 !!! We'll see tomorrow.
