980319 E2 Outside with The Basso, sunny +3 deg.  4 - 6 m/Sec.  wind   ( 82,8 Kg )
Avg. pulse 154 ( 75 % HRR )  avg. speed 27,7. 31,2 km. 1.09:46 avg. cad 57
Today I was going to do a F2 outside, this is 5 minutes warm-up then
repeat
5 minutes at hard work just under LT
    2:30 minutes easy work
until > 50 minutes or bad pulse fallback
All work done on climbing gearing with cadence around 65 - 80.
This should be something like ( with no wind ) easy work at 28-29 and hard work at 34-35 km/hr.
This time the body didn't respond to well so I made it into just working at a tough gear 53x12
after the first 13 minutes. The rest & restoration 3 days away is truly needed ! The body is
fighting a flu at the moment and I can feel the body setting restrictions on high pulse work !
Until this is gone, I better do endurance training  E1 ( 117 -137 pulse ), E2 ( 138 -148 pulse )
and  "muscular endurance" M1 ( 148 - 158 pulse ) at a bit lower pulse range. I am really looking
forward to continue with the  M2 and F2 intervals  ( pulse 158 - 168 ), and starting with
"Speed endurance" ( pulse 168 - 171 ).
The interruption at 47 minutes was a stop to move the saddle backward ! This got me into
a better position on the bike. And it was really easier to work with the cleats adjusted as
far back as possible on the shoes. Better both for standing work and climbing. !
