I revolted and just run

Cycle training produce triathlon
legs !! ??? Avg. pulse 163,
max. pulse 180.
A lot of work to do, including last day to
tell the Swedish state how we should
share my ( OUR ) -97 income, is Tuesday

33,7 km.
The same route as Monday and Tuesday
this week., country roads with sand,
mud, mud mud, water, and partly
ridiculously soft surface.
On a hill I trained with 46 x 11
on power training with the MTB last summer, I had
to use 42 x 21 standing, hard working
to get up the hill. This was really soft surface roads.
And I think the bike was 1 Kg heavier
after this training.
This was a much to tough M1 in
the rest week, but I will pay the price and do 4 extra
weeks with base training.
