Sorry, no NEW update until Wednesday. Sunday I revolted and just run
5,5 km in 28:36, first running in half a year. Cycle training produce triathlon
legs !!  ???   Avg. pulse 163, max. pulse 180.
A lot of work to do, including last day to tell the Swedish state how we should
share my ( OUR )  -97 income, is Tuesday !!   POH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!    ;-])

980326 M1 Outside with The Pinarello,  sunny +5 deg. , 4 - 8 m/Sec.  ( 83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 160 ( 79 % HRR )  avg. speed 24,3 km/hr. 33,7 km.
The same route as Monday and Tuesday this week., country roads with sand,
mud, mud mud, water, and partly ridiculously soft surface.
On a hill I trained with 46 x 11 on power training with the MTB last summer, I had
to use 42 x 21 standing, hard working to get up the hill. This was really soft surface roads.
And I think the bike was 1 Kg heavier after this training.
This was a much to tough M1 in the rest week, but I will  pay the price and do 4 extra
weeks with base training. ;-])
(  Ok I do it to get in sync with my sons training,  to be at our best at about the same time.)
