Avg pulse 144 (68 % HRR), avg. cadence 77, avg. speed 27,6.

 980407 M2 Done on 180/220 watt to lower training intensity  ( 83 Kg )
53 x 17  5 min 180 watt  + 7 x ( 5 min 220 watt + 2:30 min 180 watt ) last rest = 5 min.
Avg. pulse 148  (72 % HRR ) avg. cadence 94,  * est ml/min/kg 57, ** est max. watt 330 :-(
As the pulse responce was up to 15 beats to high. I went to 160 watt after 25 minutes
and did 5 minutes at that wattage, and then stopped as the body didn´t react normal.
Compare the last five minutes at a normal cadence with the same wattage three days
ago, on the diagram further down.    ???????????????????????  Pulse 10 - 15 beats to high ??

Saturdays training at 160 watt upto 28 minutes, then 200 and 240 watt.
