I will take an extra week for rest and recovery NOW until 980419 to get rid of
the URI "Upper Respiratory Infections " which you can read about in the
first article above.

During the coming week there will only be a few 30 minutes spinning sessions to
keep muscle memory.  Probably no updates to this site during this reload/reset  of
"body and soul".

 980412 M2+ Outside 27,3 km pretty flat,  8 - 12 m/Sec  ( 83 Kg )

Avg. pulse 153 (74 % HRR), avg. cadence 78, avg. speed 28,7, time 56.56
Out and back, 27, 3 km, worst/best wind since last summer. Ok spinning out at 42 x 21-19 most
of the time. Back with tailwind,  ( you don't say ) on 53 x 12. Tough but fun
Avg. speed home from minute 38.00 ( first 2 minutes drinking ) 43 km/hr,  57,2 max. on flat part.
