980429  Outside to friend in "Bålsta"  4 - 8 m/sec wind  +20 deg.  ( 83 Kg )
Total  Avg. pulse 153  ( 74 % HRR), avg. cadence 78, avg. speed 30,1,  53,5 Km
Out     Avg. pulse 151  (72 % HRR), avg. cadence 78, avg. speed 25,3,  27,1 Km
Back   Avg. pulse 156  (76 % HRR), avg. cadence 78, avg. speed 37,6,  26,4 Km
On the way out I tested a 350 meter long 10 - 12 % hill at minute 56. The way out was head on
into the wind and not using a low position. On the way back really low and working with a
smooth tailwind.  This was a really fun ride, last 3 minutes behind a truck that first made me
brake, then took me up to 62 km/hr up hill where normal speed is 28 -.32 km/hr on bike for me
Upper diagram is out + 700 meter hill test at minute 56. Lower diagram is a mirror back
home without the hill test.. I feel really comfortable in the low position now. And you get much
stronger, working with your hip extenders in a  low position. There is 5 minutes drinking
and waiting between Out and Back !   No training on 980430, rest  & restore for one day.
