Planed on doing 6 x 1 km @ 40 km/hr during 1 hour (
83 Kg )
Easy wind 2 - 4 m/Sec. 6 deg. Celsius
Avg. pulse 146 ( 69 % HRR), avg. speed 28,7
km/hr, avg. cadence 61 and length 30,8 Km
I could feel after 200 meter that
the response from the body wasn't to good. Decided to listen
carefully to the body. Really easy
on the hill, but I could feel the LT point was lowered again,
because of the flu. After 300 meter
into first speed km the pulse told me to take it easy, one
easy try on the return route of
the Km and the speed training was OFF. Except for 700 meter
53 x 19 the rest of the hour was
done in a lazy way on 53 x 12. As always a sprint at the hill
up to our house on the last minute
of the training

1 hour at 180 watt inside mixed cadence (
83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 144 ( 68 % HRR), avg. cadence
88, * est ml/min/kg 61, ** est max. watt 355
The flu lifted the pulse, and made
the 105+ cadenza work, not to nice. Will get better soon.

1 hour at a mix of 180 and 240 watt inside mixed cadenza (
83 Kg )
Avg. pulse 156 ( 76 % HRR), avg. cadence
84, Avg. watt 215
* est ml/min/kg 60, ** est max. watt 345
Legs ok, but the LT has not returned
to previous pulse point. As usual after a flu, ( this is the
day when I started to fell better
again ) the power work and higher spin rates is difficult.
The pulse does not fall off as
usual at rest either.
Tomorrow I will try 3 min. 180
watt and one minute 360 watts, repeated during 30 minutes.
