I have been travelling with Galapagos Travel a few times now and I have felt that it is the right way for me to travel.
I have been to Antarctica, Easter Island, Iceland, Spitsbergen and Galapagos and all this trips have been very good. I have had good guides and the trips have been very serious with lectures every evening and good guiding during the days. The service on the boats have been good and I can feel that I could not have had better service or better trips in any way.
On their office in California you get very good service and they always try to do the best for every custom they have. All the other passangers on the trips have had good things to say about the people on the office.  They are 3 persons and they do everything to help you and answer your questions. I am swedish and I have had many questions for Julie, Debbie and Mark and I have always got my answers admidietly. I have only good recommendations for this company. Julie is the person I have had most of my contacts with and I have to say that you can not have a better contact. She is always answerering your emails the same day she got them and she is helpful and very nice. The office can also give you good advises about hotel in the towns where the trips start. If you ask for a middleclass hotel, they help you to find one. On the trip to Galapagos they have a very good contact in their office in Quito, Tania Espinosa. Tania and Byron on the office in Quito are very nice and they have always met me on the airport and have taken me to my hotel and I have felt very good for the service they always give. Even if you want to do something special in Quito you can ask them for help and they will fix everything in a good way for you.
The owner of the company, Barry Boyce, is a very nice person too and he has been on some of the trips. He knows a lot about everything and his lectures in the evenings are worth very much. I have learned a lot and he has made me interested of a lot of new things. A good memory from Galapagos Island for me is that Barry took care of me when I tried to snorkel and he did not leave me alone until he saw that I could manage. I had never been snorkeling before and this was right out in the big sea, so it was not so easy at first.  
I have also been travelling together with Mark Grantham, the office manager, and he is also a very nice person and he is nice company on their trips.  I was with Mark to Easter Island and it was a real nice trip and then I went to Iceland with him and there he had made a great job when he had taken a lot of information about the island and the history of it. Mark is easy to travel together with and he gives everybody time to talk to him and he is helpful and nice. Sometimes I need extra help when I don´t understand everything and they have always been helping me a lot.
It´s difficult to say anything about the prices.  Now is the dollar very cheap for us, so it´s cheaper to pay in USD than in our own value.  I am very satisfied with the trips I have done together with Galapagos Travel. They work together with Peregrine on the Antarctica trips and with Ocean Wides on the trips to Arctic and Iceland.
