Bookings concerning our dogsled trips can be made in
written form (letter/fax) to the address at the bottom. The bookings
commit you to pay a deposit of SEK 1000:- (respectively SEK 7500:- , if
you book a whole week trip) into the account at the bottom. The deposit
must be made within eight days after the reservation, the transfer of the
remaining amount must be made 40 days before the day of arrival at the
latest. In case the booking should be made less than 50 days before the
day of arrival, the whole amount must be paid at once.
After the receipt of the deposit you receive an
acknowledgement of your reservations as well as information about meeting
point, time and accommodation as well as advice concerning equipment and
catering during the trip.
In case of cancellation of your trip by 40 days before the
beginning of your trip, a handling fee of SEK 400:- must be paid. In case
of withdrawal from the trip after this period, the whole amount is
payable.
We offer you the completion of an insurance which costs
SEK 450:-, in case you have to withdraw from your journey.
