This is where you'll find information about what I can do, what I can't do (hopefully less than the former) and what I already have done when it comes to web design etc.
My approach to web design is to keep it simple, because I think that the main idea is to get what you want to say out there, without unnecessary clutter or distractions. My own site is an example of how I think this can be done, and you'll note that I've kept frames (though these can be useful, I didn't think they would be there), animated GIF's (which are good for getting attention), big images (all you'll find on here are thumbnailed, so you can chose if you want to spend bandwidth downloading them or not) and javascript (which I frankly haven't found any use for) to a minimum.
