Merry what?

Well, I thought about leaving this entry out on purpose, but that'd be pretty childish, wouldn't it? I can't say I like christmas, but then I don't dislike it either. It's just another day for me now, and I quite fail to see why people feel there's anything special about it. I mean, can't you give people presents on any old day, instead of when the store owners decide to shove all kinds of crap on you, and shouldn't you _always_ be nice to other people? Sure, the food is nice, and I don't mind seeing my family, but I can do all that when I feel like it, and it saddens me that people are buing (and paying dearly for) the whole commercial concept that christmas is today.
