manager of Holger Heinze Webdesign & regional-guide.de. Mr. Heinze has
worked with the internet intensively for over two years. He has designed and
implemented corporate homepages, database structures, and complex web
applications such as content management systems and e-commerce solutions.
Mr. Heinze has mastered countless programming languages. He is responsible
within GNI for sales, PR, finance, customer relations, as well as human
resources management. Mr. Heinze has received extensive communications
training. His native language is German, and he is fluent in English as his
second language.

analyst. He has a degree in Psychology. He come to GNI with extensive
business experience. Mr. Illner founded Language Consultants International,
INC. and Neologia, INC. He manages the areas of PR, marketing and business
development at GNI. Mr. Illner's experience will enable GNI to quickly
identify market opportunities and threats and his efforts will lead to
developing a brand image that will quickly establish GNI as a major national
player in the e-commerce field.
