Everything came in a large ziplock bag with the cover of RW&A printed in royal blue on the front.

DGC Rarities Vol. 1

Note that "Don't tell your mother" was included on the "DGC Rarities Vol. 1" compilation CD released in the U.S. in 1994. It has 13 other non-Sundays tracks, but will probably be easier for people in the U.S. to find than the CD single of "Can't be sure."
