Growing up in the small town of Skellefteå in the northernmost part of Sweden means you have two things to choose from (presuming you wanna be some kind of a star): hockey or rock music. The Wannadies chose music and aren't we grateful! What started out in 1989 as a gang of friends who suddenly picked up instruments and formed a band is now an explosive pop-combo with loads of charm and star quality.
