On a trip to London with Wife and kid Jack Ryan saves the English crown prince, his wife and their newborn baby from being shoot down by ULA-terrorists and while doing this he accidently kills a terrorist. Back home in the US Jack finds out that while moving the terrorist's big brother, Sean Miller, escaped and now he wants Jack dead. Jack have to stop him to protect his family. Admiral James Greer convinces Jack to join the CIA and find Miller. Meanwhile the terrorists plans to kill him and his family. Jack's attempts to escape the terrorists becomes the most dramatic battle of his life.
