A nuclear armed Israeli plane is shoot down somewhere over Syria. A terrorist group finds it and with help from a German physicist the terrorists is able to fix and improve the bomb. Jack Ryan, deputy director of CIA, and the Vatican are forming a plan for peace in the middle east. But the terrorists don't like it. So they smuggle in the bomb in the US and detonate it in Denver, Colorado. Meanwhile in Berlin, they fool Russian troops to attack the US troops.
