Monte Vista

Monte Vista is one of the stops for the local to South Fork. Grain and Potatoe is th main loads that is shiped from Monte Vista. Coors has some big facilities and Staley has a smal facility in the town.

There has been three different depots in Monte Vista. All of them are gone now. There also used to be a water tank between the tracks with double spout, one for each track.

The map and the pictures shows the tracks and buildings in 1998 and 1999. I would be very grateful if anyone could give me information about the tracks and houses in Monte Vista during the end of the sixties.
