Overview

We have a system with sponsors in Sweden to support those pensioners in need of help. Every sponsor has promised to pay regularly a certain amount of money. With this income we can employ a number of home help ladies in Incukalns. These employed home helps can look after and help some selected pensioners. It is the local authorities of Incukalns who choose which pensioners will get help. The home help ladies helps their pensioners with shopping, washing clothes, fetch water and firewood and so on. Many of the pensioners have lost their relatives and they often feel lonely. They look forward to seeing their home help lady visiting them and to have somebody to talk to for a while. Below you can see our home helps and their pensioners.
