General description / Big image of Taernvik? The house Taernvik is located on the outskirts of the beautiful Bunn hamlet at the lake Bunn. There is good angling in the lake (angling permit required that is easy to get) and our guests are free to use our small boat. Swimming facilities 50 m from the house(Note their is a local road between the house and the beach). Maps. You find a drugstore, country restaurant and a pub some 700 m away. If you do not want only to relax there are lots of other facilities in the neighbourhood such as flying balloon, playing golf (several courses), visiting the small town of Graenna with it´s famous polka candy, the Andrée museum, ferry to the small island of Visingsoe, the World of Astrid Lindgren, Skara children´s entertainment park, the kingdom of Crystal a s o. Description of the apartments / Layout We offer you the choice of two apartments to be let on short term basis (weekly/ monthly). During low season we also offer them for shorter periods. They are spacious and nicely furnished, overlooking lake Bunn.Normally 2 - 4 persons in each apartement (extra beds can be provided). Apartment # 3, 2 room and kitchen, 60 sqm Apartment # 4, 3 room and kitchen, 70 sqm. For further information see layout. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are fully redecorated (spring 2000) to a modern standard including new layout, furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment and TV. Washing machine in the basement. Note!! No smoking or pets in the apartments.	Rental prices High season (2/7 - 30/8), Apartment # 3, the cost is SEK 3.900:-/week Apartment # 4, the cost is SEK 4.400:-/week In between season (1/6 - 1/7), Apartment # 3, the cost is SEK 2.900:-/week Apartment # 4, the cost is SEK 3.400:-/week Low season (1/9 - 31/5, Apartment # 3, the cost is SEK 1.900:-/week, SEK 4.300:-/month or SEK 500:-/night Apartment # 4, the cost is SEK 2.400:-/week, SEK 4.800:-/month or SEK 700:-/night The rent is to be paid in advance and includes furnished and equipped apartment, heating, electricity, water and taxes. Bed clothing to be brought by guests (or rented from us). Cleaning out of apartments should be done before departure, or if you want us to do it we will charge you a fee. The change of apartments takes place on Sundays (out before 11.00 am and in after 1 pm) or by agreement.
