Please note that when we send you a confirmation, we will ask you to send us a down payment of SEK 1000 per week and apartement within the next two weeks, to make the confirmation valid. The rest of the payment including the deposit of SEK 1000, is to be sent latest 35 days before your arrival. The deposit is to cover any damages that may occur during you stay. The deposit will be repayed at your departure if nothing special happens.
