10 - 12 servings


5 dl flour
200 gram butter
4 tblsp water

Filling 1:
12 filets of anchovies
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions

Filling 2:
100 gram green cheese 
4 tablespoons butter
¼ teaspoon paprika (powder)

½ dl mayonnaise
100 gram black caviar or roe
21 large shrimps
1 lemon
fresh dill

1) Chop the butter into the flour, add water and work
it to a dough. let it rest in fridge for at least an 
2) roll out the dough into three bottoms. (24 cm
diam.) bake in preheated oven, 225 ° C, 12 min.
Leave them to cool off.
3) Mix the filets of anchovies through a strainer or
use blender. Mix with butter and onions. Spread the mix
over one of the bottoms.
4) Place next bottom over the mix and cover with cheese
mixed with butter and paprika powder.
5) Add last bottom, cover with mayonnaise spreaded over the
surface, decorate nicely with caviar, shrimps, lemon and 
dill, see the picture.
