Long Tårta 
18-20 servings

   6 slices of dark bread (Swedish kavring), lengthcut
   6 slices of white toast bread, lengthcut   
   soft butter
   Filling 1:
   2 dl whipped cream,unsweeted, mixed with
   150-200 gr (1 tube) swedish smoked caviar 
   (Kalles, finegrained or similar)
   Filling 2:
   300 gram (one box) spreadable cheese
   Filling 3:
   200 gr spreadable paté of liver mixed with
   1 dl finely chopped cucumber
   1 dl mayonnaise
   3 dl mayonnaise (low calorie/light works fine)
   3 sliced, hardboiled eggs
   1 small tin filéts of anchovies
   1 tube (200 gr) salmon-spread 
   slices of cheese, rolled
   slices of radish
   appr. 18 slices of cucumber
   appr. 18 slices of tomatoe
   some chopped parsley
1. Butter the breads. Begin with three slices of dark bread,
place them next to each other, on the length.
2. Add three buttered slices of white bread on top.
Cover them with soft cheese-spread.
3. Next: three slices of dark bread covered with cucumber-
paté of liver-mix.
4. Cover with three slices of white bread. Spread mayonnaise
all over the surface and decorate like the picture, with
slices of tomatoe and cucumber around the sides. On top: slices 
of eggs with filéts of anchovies, rolls of cheese with radish,
and "roses" of salmon-spread with parsley.

This tårta is excellent for big parties of receptions, 
it never looks messy and you can make it longer, just add another 
tårta at one end if more guests arrive.
