Other: Adam Foote was drafted to the Quebec Nordiques as his first team as is one of the few that are still with the franchise since their move to Colorado. Footer is one of the steady back bones of the Avalanche's defense. His 2 goals this season aren't shocking but his job is tougher than one would think. He and his partner Alexei Gusarov are out battling against all the other teams #1 lines, including the Lindros-LeClair-Renberg line from Philadelphia, the Jagr-Lemiuex-Francis line from Pitsberg, and the Fedorov-Kozlov-Konstantinov line from Detroit.
Footer married Jennifer Cook on August 8, 1997. The two have a dog named Parker.
