Knights of Saint John
Johanni´torder, Malte´serorder
Spiritual knightorder, that developed from a year 1070 established
pilgrimhospital in Jerusalem hallowed to Johannes Baptist.
Under later middleage they owned and build up Johanni´torder
monastarys and hospitals all over Europe.
Last headqaurter, Malta as the name Malte´serorder,
conquered by Napoleon 1798, and after that the Johanni´torder
dont have any particular headquarter.
One protestant group has in Sweden an offshoot that in 1920 was resurected.
