The scale used in the top row - 0.1, 0.2 etc. refer to the dots around the edge of the swing-meter.
There are 16 dots in total, to reach 100% or 12 o'clock, with every 4th dot being larger.
So 1.3, for example, would be 7 dots around the edge of the meter from the bottom (nearly 9 'o' clock)
On downhill putts, subtract half the drop from the length.
Uphill, add ALL the gradient to the length, also add one dot on longer uphill putts.
