Raye is a priestess at the temple in Sendai Hill so she knows a lot of special chants and prayers besides her normal powers as Sailor Mars. She is introduced in ep. 8. There she falls into a black hole created by Jadeite. There she meets Sailor Moon as she is trying to defeat a demon. Raye gets her pen and reacst on it, she becomes Sailor Mars.
As Mars she has the power over fire. But she also uses her nollege as a prestess.
Raye and Bunny is the wors mach ever. They fight over everything and anything.
