What is a harpy? Well, I'm trying to figure that out myself, but I think I know something about it now that I could share with you. Lets begin about the real historical meaning.. This comes directly from Webster's Dictionary.

har-pies (hárpi:z) pl. n. (Gk mythol.) the three

daughters of Electra and Thaumas, personified

In our world, among us kindred the word harpya/harpies is both god and bad. I prefere to look at it as good. Usally, harpies nowdays are often goodlooking, but, dangerous. A harpya should know everything about everybody. And with her knowledge she is reaching her goals by having other help her to it. A harpya could really harm people with dangerous knowledge an sharp tounge. The harpie are often seen in society avents, like charityraisfundings and movie and theatre openings. Jetset people are often a word you conect with a Harpya.
